BRIEF SUMMARY:

An exciting new residential building has sprung up on the river in Alexandria, Virginia.

A nice change of pace from many of the residential brands in the area, Watermark wanted a premium look/feel. To accomplish this we used dark tones and delecate typographic choices help raise the percieved value of this beautful water-front spot.
